Payments and payment terms

OIM Orthopedic Engineering

1. Offer products

Due to the nature of online business, the offer is constantly updated and supplemented, both with new products and a new online price.

The online price is the price valid for an online purchase with immediate 100 % cash payment upon receipt or transfer after an offer/proforma invoice to our business account.

 2. Shipping costs

The price of shipping costs via delivery or courier service is from 3 EUR per order. It says how much it will be for each order.

Shipping costs are charged and listed on the order and invoice for the delivered goods, and you pay them together with the amount of the order upon receipt of the shipment, or payment to the business account. The shipment will be delivered to you by the courier service Post of Slovenia.

3. Payment methods

The provider allows the following methods of payment:

  • cash on delivery (online price applies)
  • by transfer to a business account (according to the offer/proforma invoice, the online price applies)
  • by card

Prices are shown in gross amounts, including VAT.

Prices are valid at the time of placing the order.

In the event of a change in the price of the product during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the customer to cancel the purchase or will offer a solution that will allow for mutual satisfaction.

 3.1 Cash on delivery

In our online store you can order products and pay for them "on delivery" or courier service when it delivers the products to the desired address.

3.2 Courier service

If the products are delivered via courier service, you will pay for the order to the courier who will deliver the package to you. In the latter case, there are no additional costs.

3.3 Personal collection

You can also pick up the ordered goods in stock in Maribor, Preradovičeva 26 on Monday between 8 am and 3 pm, Wednesday and Thursday between 12 pm and 7 pm. Mandatory announcement of collection at the location. Products must be picked up within 5 working days from the date of the order. If the buyer does not take over the order within the specified period, we cancel it.

In this case, you can pay with cash or bank cards BA, Activa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and American Express upon receipt.

However, you can use any of the other methods listed – i.e., payment by proforma invoice or via PayPal (in this case, we must confirm receipt of payment before receipt, otherwise you pay for the goods in cash upon receipt).

3.4 Payment by proforma invoice

You can pay for the products ordered in our online store by paying to our business account.

When placing an order, indicate that you would like to pay for the ordered products according to the proforma invoice. As soon as the order is placed, the information required for the transfer to our bank account will be displayed on the page, and you will also receive it in an e-mail, which you will receive on your electronic account immediately after placing the order.

If you would like an estimate in paper or physical form, you must also inform us of this in the "remarks" field when placing the order. The proforma invoice is valid for 3 days. If you make a payment, you are always welcome to let us know. If we do not receive your payment within 3 working days, we will cancel the order. If you still want products that you have already ordered, but the order has expired due to non-payment, you must re-perform the ordering/purchase process.

4. Limitation of Liability

Oim.si makes every effort to ensure that the information published on our websites is up-to-date and correct. However, product features, delivery times, or price may change so quickly that we are unable to correct all information on the websites. This also includes obvious price errors.
